Terms of Use

Scope

This page describes what the build of www.instynktau.com actually does and nothing beyond that. The site is a static publication: every page is a file prepared in advance and delivered through a content delivery network. There is no server-side application behind it, no user account system, and no form, input field or upload control anywhere on the site. Because none of that exists, these terms cannot describe a registration process, a way to submit content, or a procedure for suspending, terminating or transferring anything — there is nothing here that could be created or removed by a visitor in the first place.

The build also carries no e-mail address, telephone number, postal address or contact form. That absence is stated plainly rather than filled in: this page does not name a company, a support channel, a response time or a counterparty to write to, because none of those things is part of what was built.

Links

This site runs no gambling service of its own. Where a page presents an operator link, clicking it never opens the operator's site directly. The link points to an address on this domain, which answers with a 302 redirect and passes the visitor to the operator's own tracking address. The build defines ten such redirect rules, and every one of them ultimately leads outside this domain. Each of these links is marked as a sponsored link and opens in a separate tab, so the current page stays open while the operator's site loads separately.

The practical consequence is straightforward:

  • Reading a page on this site does not put the reader in a relationship with any operator.
  • That relationship, if the reader chooses to enter one, begins only once the redirect completes and the operator's own site has loaded in the new tab.
  • Everything that follows — account terms, eligibility rules, deposit and withdrawal conditions, dispute handling — is set by that destination, not by this page.

What This Site Cannot Promise

Because there is no account system and no submission method anywhere in the build, this page cannot promise a way to raise a complaint, appeal a decision or request a correction from this site. The only place such matters can be raised is with the operator reached after a redirect, under whatever terms that operator publishes on its own site.

The site's published inventory is fixed at build time — the sitemap lists a single address — and every page carries a machine-readable publication and modification date, currently 2026-08-26, matching the date the sitemap publishes. That lets a reader confirm which version of this text they are looking at, but it does not create any additional right or channel beyond what is described above.

Reliability of Addresses

Everything a page needs to display — its styles, scripts, fonts and images — is served from this same domain; no third-party server is contacted while a page is loading. A request for an address that does not exist on this site returns a page marked noindex, nofollow and is forwarded immediately to the home page, so a mistyped or expired link cannot turn into a page of its own or mislead a reader into thinking something was published there.

Read together, these facts describe a fixed set of published pages and a small number of outbound redirect rules, nothing more.
